It was an amazing experience with laser clinic Chadstone. The staff was very kind and supportive. Especially Elleni, she is an amazing person.she is very respectful and kind person.i love getting my service done by her she is very professional. Cheers to the team and the services they provide. 0 stars really. I have had around 10 full body laser hair treatments at this clinic between 2019-2022. Paid more than a total of $4000.00 to this clinic and this is my experience: 1 staff are rude, if you get there late 0-5 minutes late, they refuse to do a 90 minute treatment altogether. But when you are early, they make you wait past your appointment time. ironic 2 Treatments are rushed. The girls repeatedly missed spots, would forget to do an area altogether at times. Full body treatments are meant to be 90 minutes and this one time, the girl did the treatment so fast and carelessly that it took her 40 minutes to finish my whole body! 3 burns! I have been burnt twice at this clinic while getting my Brazilian area done. I repeatedly told the girls to put the settings on the machine down as I have been having burns, nothing was done, no complimentary skin treatments were given to alleviate the side effects of the burn. I had pain consistently for two weeks after the burns despite putting laser aid on. I have pictures of these burns as proof. 4 they never pick up calls, it goes to voice mail, and when a voice message is left, they don't call back, as a result of this I had treatments expire I will be escalating this to upper management as it was due to their lack of communication. 5 last but not least, the girls asked me to put a good review on Google, mentioning their name, and that if I do so, they will give me a free skin treatment. Most of the 5 stars for their clinic is because of this, which by the way, you will not end up receiving a free skin treatment. It's a lie. In the end I just gave up on their clinic, and went to the one in the Glen shopping center 10/10 clinic, I am very happy with their services 2 years, $4K, 2 burns later, I would encourage people to avoid their clinic at all cost.Service: Laser hair removal

It's been a long journey but she has changed my skin and my self confidence. She is super knowledgable and goes through all my treatments thoroughly. So happy I found her!
I was quite unsure of where to go when I first wanted to get my laser hair removal done and stories of people saying how painful it’s going to be. But these ladies made things really easy, and pain was not a problem - barely felt anything! The staff is really friendly and easy to work with and makes us feel comfortable as the treatment goes on. I highly recommend laser clinic at Chadstone if anyone is looking to get any hair removal done! :

I've been getting laser to remove some pretty stubborn hair around my lip and chin as well as my underarms, purchased as sets of sessions, from a few different staff member thank you for accounting my hectic schedule and the last few appointments with Shardae. And I can honestly say that I have e had an excellent experience. I've gotten so much advice and help with prep and after care! I've especially appreciated the pushing out appointments when I've messed up with prep rather than me wasting a session. I've had excellent results as well- everything down to a peach fuzz by the the third session. I highly recommend!Service: Laser hair removal
