Attended Vic Road Melton today. They made a mistake when registering my caravan some two years ago which I only found out about a week ago when it was in for service. Counter three. Young chap was in my view quite rude. Was not willing to offer solutions. Just you will have to book it in and have it looked at at an inspection centre. Asked him why? Smugly stated "We are not an inspection Centre so how would I know. That's the Rules". I would have ring up for appointment. After bothering a person on the phone at the call centre, was told, no need for an appointment, you can drop into the branch with the van and have it fixed. Very sorry and all the right platitudes. I employ 24 people in my company. This sophomoric small man would never get a job in real enterprise. In the past the team at Melton have been grand. What a pity this little person has change my whole view.

Had a driving test today, ANDY was instructor.I was confident and did it properly.I am not happy with the decision and not fair at all.

I have made several complaints against this centre very discriminated type of place considering these guys are in charge of the roads and licencing I have been abused imtidated and discriminated against for being different also i even had my license stole which was in the complaint they had to replace it however yesterday money has been taken out of my car where the one of the 2 instructors have been also they were imitdating and filming while I was conducting my drive test and failed me for absurd reasons and tried to say I sped up when I was sitting on 50 the whole time I will be discussing this matter with humans rights authorities FYI I have and just been told by Vicroads That they deny it and I am wrong it's amazing how much of a disgrace This government is
