I arrived at 8:30 and there was already a line outside, but the staff were quick and helped all the people in line get set up with the correct ticket. Everyone was seated quickly and no one had to wait very long to get their number called. I was lucky enough to get to have my number called by Scott who was super friendly and even practiced his Tagalog with me! My inquiry was processed efficiently and I was out before 9!nMaraming salamat, Scott and every member of the Melton VicRoads team!
Rude staff, especially at the back counters. You are greeted with contempt, can’t answer questions without being treated like a child whilst displaying clear frustration to over x8 people who are asking legitimate questions about registration and licence renewal.nnThere was a blonde lady with a lazy eye behind the counter saying, in front of customers “I hate this job and as soon as I get another offer I’m out”. Staff at the back counters are very rude, even to an elderly Samoan couple I was behind. The older couple were so taken back they looked at each other and didn’t know what to say. They seemed annoyed if you approach them for questions and talk down to older folks. A word of advice… if you don’t like your job then quit, we the people don’t much like dealing with VIC roads anyways and dealing with these unprofessional clowns makes it all the harder.nnNo wayfinding, no procedure, filthy Perspex screens with bits of spit, saliva and bacteria all over and apparently you need to fill out your form before you go in. My question is “where do you get the forms” their reply was online…nnIt’s not only normal to get forms from VIC roads on location but should also be expected… barley anyone has printers anymore and our tax payer dollars pay for the thousands of copies they have stored under the counter.nnBut watch out for the girls in the back, they’re not only unprofessional but seem to think it ok to treat you like a dog infront of all their customers.nnIf there’s a problem with the front facing staff, the management team must be just as rotten.nnIf I could give negative 5 stars I would.nnTerrible service and very unprofessional
