Went there to get my license switched over and a bunch of their systems were down and the staff were under a lot of pressure. However, one of the people there, Mez, was amazing and without a single issue helped me sort out what I needed with ease. Never had better customer support in my life
Most staff is helpful and friendly. But some people bring their own cultural heritage to judge others. Branch manager Rachindian manager with Maori tattoos is a unprofessional, with terrible attitude, lack of knowledge very rude attitude. No doubt apart from few bad eggs most staff members are friendly and welcoming.
Visited melton vic roads to register a vehicle. Was unaware i needed to be at the rear of the office. The manager indian lady was extremely rude because she claimed i was 5 minutes late to my appointment,I remained calm and explained i was waiting in the front section of the office and she continued raising her voice and threatening not to register my vehicle. I have recorded the way I was spoken too and will be taking this to head office. Beware
I just passed my driving test in Melton and I want to give a huge shout-out to my instructor, Nav. She was incredibly patient, calm, and supportive from the very beginning. Nav explained everything clearly, made me feel confident on the road, and helped me understand exactly what VicRoads expects during the test.
Was running 2 mins behind and tried to contact them twice prior and cannot get through to them as I was in a huge line of traffic and cannot simply just get out of.I was also trying to call to confirm whether I had to do a transfer or a light inspection for my car as the process was so confusing and never got an answer. As I entered and go to apologise and explain, the woman at the front snaps at me in a very snarky manner and proceeds to talk over me.I was getting so pissed off at this point as I do not deserve to be treated like that and because I couldn’t even get a word in!!nHowever the woman at the back however was so lovely and understanding when I had explained the situation that I was in that made me behind. Everything ended up bieng sorted out in the end and was happy with the outcome.Im sure you get people far worse but in some cases a little respect and understanding goes a long way then I wouldn’t have reacted the way I did.
