I had a great experience dealing with the lady at my appointment on 31st October 2022. She was a very compassionate and understanding lady who helped me with Centrelink's previous discrepancies. Thanks to this lady for getting everything up to date.

what a joke the young people working here are. Playing mind games with us . Most of you probably still living at home with mum and don't pay bills yet those of us who have worked our whole lives past 30 years have to put up with you hanging up on us, sending us to face to face appointments that are infact a phone call, deliberately wasting our time. Mygov is all up to date but yet they gave the wrong ph number to Neiss to call me..pathetic and I'd say deliberate. My address is updated but they are still sending all my info to an old address from 10 years ago. Just do your job. A friend who lost her 25 year job also contacted the bosses of centrelink and they very clearly dismissed her with condescending comments. No wonder the staff don't give a toss when they actually have permission from the CEO's to do what they want to us.
As useless as an ashtray on a motorcycle. With forms that clearly state I can bring them to a service centre, I am told they don't actually take the forms.
I’ve been on the phone for 3.5 hours spoken to 3 different people not much help, I know these are hard times and they’re very busy and stressed and all the people I spoke to helped me to the best of their ability but definitely need more experienced people to be able to help.
Stress inducing members of staff actually promote conflict with judgmental often snotty demeanours. I dread getting certain staff and pray to get a decent person when need assistance. One was blatantly pro AU and anti immigrant and brought me to stressful tears.
Good operators and helpful to a point though they do forget when you need to get the claim done to tell you of any extra information you might have missed at point of lodging the claim even after being directly asked. I Recomend if you call or visit you ask clearly “is that everything and if not what exactly do they need?” so you don’t get stuck not receiving the benefit in due time that’s related to your circumstances.
First time using Social Services in 25 years. I'm now up to 4 different staff members who have given me wrong advice/information. Their mistakes added weeks to the resolution of my basic claim. You tell them you're starving and can't get to job interviews and they shrug and say they can't help. Zero stars would be better.
My wife and I dropped by in passing to update our Medicare address details. Admittedly, we did not have to wait overly long 10 - 15 mins but were met with a surprisingly rude and condescending attitude about the time that we had arrived 3:45pm and were turned away. I do hope this is not a common occurrence at this establishment and frankly, I was quite appalled considering our quiet wait in line, only to be met with such disdain.
So basically i went in and i asked for my money because im a povo and basically they didnt give me them because i was wearing blue balenciagas which btw are 8000 grand shoes then they looked at my bank account and there it was 8k spent on blue balenciagas. xxoo
