Spoke to Ben, a member of the Melton police station and was really supported in my question. Ben went over and above to help me and my client. Great work!!
Used the justice website to find a JP at a document signing station, which said that there was a JP at Melton Police Station on Mondays from 10AM to 2PM. Being post-COVID times I phoned the police station ahead of time to double check. I spoke to an officer at the station who confirmed that there was definitely a JP there. I turned up approx 40 minutes later I don't live in the area but Melton is the closest town to me to find that there's no JP there on Mondays!? The officer I spoke to at the reception was very kind and friendly, hence this review being 2 stars instead of 1, but geez. I have no idea what happened there - I did the right thing by ringing ahead of time to double check and was told there was a JP there when there clearly wasn't, and they aren't even there on Mondays at all.
was acquainted by the most loveliest and down to earth police officers today, made my whole process easy, simple and very enjoyable. we need more police officers like yous both, keep up the amazing work Melton police. Happy New Year
Nothing positive to say about this corrupt station . If you move this way ,make sure you are computer/tech saavy and know how to get around bully neighbors that use vision scramblers /blockers on your hardwired homecsecurity cams .. todays technologyAlso they are not trained in mental health but will try and undermine yours if you let them .
Called easily 15 times probably more for the same issue. Neighbors partying so loud 5 doors down we can't sleep. Yelling,bass, motorbikes. Once 3 days in a row till 6am. They have never, not once come out. But wjen someone finally cracks they'll be there I bet.
Wonderful speaking to Justin the police officer who helped me with supporting my report on the 28th March 2021.... wonderful and very polite and respectful the only down side was waiting for so long cause it was only him helping 6 people waiting in the room. Thank you
Have given low rating before due to an officer who didn't care last year. We had a very important life issue couple of weeks ago. The police officers were very helpful and not judgemental. They went beyond and above to help us out. Thank you.
tonight was a perfect example of pathetic customer service. People can see how many staff are being that mirror!! At least 5 and one just stood there and looked at me and walked off! If you cannot show respect for your citizens how the hell do you even think you will be trusted to respect your job?!
How is she allowed to breach an order?
Very lazy and shifty officers. My house got robbed twice while we were away. The first officer who came to my house played hide and seek for almost 6 weeks. She then called me and said she got a promotion and got transferred to ballarat police station. Nice work buddy ! However , they are always with breathe tests on good people. They know very well where the criminals /drug addicts are located and thus would avoid these locations. I tell people take care of yourself and your neighbors. Put cameras , alarms , dogs etc and keep your insurance company informed. Keep receipts and take pictures of all your belongings plus valuations as the police is totally useless.
