There is nothing wrong with the staff in fact they are extremely nice and helpful my only complaints are they sell so much stuff now there is less room to line up and another is that at times there are people lining up outside the place to pick up parcels that are bought back as posty cant leave the item or no one is home
This post office sucks.nnMultiple times I have had high cost items needing to be picked up, followed the instructions and called the number to authorise a person from my household to collect but they wouldn't hand it over.nnMultiple times I have been told my package isn't here and they've sent me to another post office, only to drive there and be told no it is actually at Melton Post Shop, they just didn't look properly.nnI avoid this place at all costs and I'm so grateful I've moved out of the area and no longer have to deal with them.
I want to give a special shout out to the postie who delivered a package consisting to Kurunjang on 20/8. Postie left it in a hidden spot. So caring and considerate. Thank you for the extra effort!
I understand that this is a Government Post Office. staff gets paid a fixed salary. no commission on any work so workers always find excuses to not do passport applications. mostly will reject your passport size photos. Least co-operative staff in comparison to franchise owners
Never had any issues with the service and the ladies are always pleasant. Peak hours are off the chops, there is often a queue going out the door and never enough staff to handle the demand.
