Awesome customer service. Spacious building and lot of room to move. Like the layout and vibe of this post office. All staff is very friendly
Very bad customer service. The staff treat you by looking at your skin colour. Racist vibes as soon as they see you. They are always moody and no skills of customer service. When I called the Australia post main line they checked and told me if the child can hold the head up they are able to take the passport photos. When I walked in and asked for this service, they looked at me and told me No straight away. But so many other Australia post outlets offer this service. Never ever go here ! These people need to learn to treat everyone equally.
Not good I was there 4:28pm for passport application. Lady denied to submit the application because we close 4:30 for application. It’s only take few minutes to check all that. Not happy with service. Could save their time and my time.
Very poor to not be open at least for Saturday mornings. Our parcels get sent here when we’re not home and it’s really hard to get time to pick them up when you work full time.
Very bad service.Never go for Passport size photos.Lady was making excuses to not take the photos.I will not recommend to visit this place.They are just time wasters
Every time I go here the uppity women behind the counter act like it's a huge problem for them to have to deal with me and look for ways to make it difficult. Get a job elsewhere if you hate helping customers. Notice how half the reviews say they are really nice and half say they are horrible. I wonder how they decide who to treat professionally and who to be rude to? Look at the line up of staff there and make up your own mind.
Very friendly and helful. I have often used the parcel locker service to pick things up after hours. My very occasional visits during business hours have been pleasant, with short queues and postal officers who greeted me with a smile and helped promptly and efficiently.
Went for passport photos the lady serving was so patient and very helpful.
Literally the worst opening hours! People work during these hours, how on earth are they supposed to pick up packages?
Went to lease an PO BOX, first they gave me a form to fill, secondly after filling the form waited for 10 mins in que, and lady at the counter took my form and she got lost and she had no idea what to do, she went to her colleagues and asked her and then she came back to me with the answer that we are under staff due to bla bla bla , and she said can you come after 2:30 pm. I was the only customer in store and 3 of her colleagues were serving other 2 customers but no one was waiting behind me. She said it’s going to take a while to apply for PO BOx. Better come after 2:30. She had no answer when I asked why you r telling me to come after 2:30 wherein no one is waiting behind me. Anyways left the store and went to caroline springs store and they gave me new PO box right away with the same application form. Within 5 mins my work was done in caroline springs . They lost my buisness forever. Absolutely zero stars for Melton store.
