I’ve been visiting this post office for the last two years and the staff are always experienced, helpful and professional. There are 3 Australia Post branches in my area, but I always prefer this one because everything is so easy and smooth with them. Well done ladies, keep up the great work!
I hate this post office so much and am so unlucky this is my default location. I have to go there often and have never had a good experience. The ladies there are so rude and are NEVER willing to help. The way they look at you if you ask a simple question, as if I’ve majorly caused an inconvenience to their day. I’ve been served by just about all of them at least once and they’re all the same - unfriendly, impolite, rude. If there’s a way to reroute my parcels to Woodgrove Post Office, someone let me know.
Very disappointed with the service from Lesley at the post office. She was extremely rude, spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was doing, and insisted I was wrong when I post parcels with a doona all the time and have never had this issue before. On top of that, I was overcharged and made to feel like I was the problem. Customer service costs nothing, and if you don’t like dealing with people, maybe this isn’t the right job for you.
We’ve generally had great experience at the Melton Post Shop, with staff who are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our interaction with Lesley was disappointing, as she is rude and dismissive. We run a local business and have had a bad experience with her every time she serves us when picking up a parcel.
I had a great experience thanks to a staff member named Belinda I hope I got the name right. She was extremely patient and helpful. She carefully checked my passport photos and honestly advised me to go back to the store where I took them—even though it’s a well-known place—because there was a shadow issue, and suggested I request a refund.nShe handled my documents perfectly and took the time to explain everything clearly. Truly professional, attentive, and caring service. Thank you for such an excellent experience!
