I have always had a good experience going to this VicRoads in Sunbury- driving 40 minutes but today was the first time that I saw the staff being disrespectful towards a female customer. 2 of the female staff members were very dismissive and ignorant of the woman, having very little patience and laughing amongst themselves. Later on, when it was my turn it was the same service from the women, very poor and distasteful. A shame considering that the drive is not close and have always chosen this location as the customer service has always been good. Hoping that this is considered and staff are taught how to respect the customers so it does not happen to somebody else.
I had an excellent experience with VicRoads examiner Brardon. He is very professional and kindly, he made me feel at ease. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow.nAt the beginning, I was a little nervous, but Brardon didn't put any pressure on me, and gradually I relaxed. He was also very friendly and approachable.nI highly recommed coming here for a driving test. Thank you for your support and guidance, Brardon.
Accidentally went to Sunbury office instead of Sunshine for a basic re-registration. Wasn't expecting or hopeful of being seen, but they came through! Very grateful.
Big shoutout to brandon who helped me with the verification of my overseas license and getting my learners he was so patient and kind and he made the whole process super smooth i only waited for 5 mins to be called brandon is an asset to your business
This is definitely the worst VicRoads I have ever been to, honestly. I had to return to this place four times just to get a license, and it feels like they try to charge you more and more each time. I even skipped work one day to attend an appointment, only for the staff to send me home because one of my certifications had expired—even though they were the ones who booked the appointment for me!nNow for the second time, I’ve had to pay for a teacher, car rental, and reschedule an appointment with a fee of course, only for the staff to look at me and rudely say, “If you don’t book now, someone else will take it.” The lack of empathy was absurd. Especially when all I asked for was one extra minute to double check if I was available on that day, even tho the booking was for one month ahead the lady expected me to give an answer in one minute, because you can’t have a booking in less than a month I suppose.nnMy biggest regret is coming to this place in the first place. While your team might be strict in adhering to terms and conditions, there is a clear lack of empathy and proper communication with your customers.nnFailing the driving test is part of the process, and I completely understand, but being pressured to book without certainty and being treated poorly for requesting an extra minute is unacceptable.
