I would just like to say a huge thank you to the staff at VicRoads Sunbury for helping my son get his license this morning. After a technical issue, Monique, Rachael and Hao went above and beyond to ensure my son had his test and make him feel calm and comfortable. They were all incredibly professional and helpful.
I went for my P license test and was nervous at the start but Rachele was calm and made the test more relaxed and allowed me to focus on the conditions of the road as it was wet and slippery. She was wonderful, patient and i felt confident with her clear instructions and guidance. Thank you Rachele!
I arrived on time for my appointment to verify my overseas license, and the process was very straightforward. The staff were friendly and made everything easy. Overall, a positive experience!
I recently visited the Sunbury Vicroads office, and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. Rachel, in particular, stood out for her exceptional service. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her guidance and support were invaluable, and she went out of her way to ensure I had a positive experience. I highly recommend Sunbury Vicroads for their excellent customer service and dedication to their clients.
If I could give you less than 1 star I would. The customer service at this vicraods is absolutely discusting.nI feel extremely uncomfortable every time I have to interact with anyone at this centre.nI am a local driving instructor and the last two times I have come to this vicroads for a drive test my clients have left in tears.nI have had a tester mark my client completely wrong during a drive test and fail them within the first minute for something they definitely should NOT have failed for.nAs an ex vicroads tester I am absolutely shook by the way these staff are trained/interact with people.nDo better with your staff vicraods, customer service is so disappointing
