Come here if you want to waste 2hrs just sitting in a seat before even being served. Absolute joke! However the staff members I dealt with were very polite and good but they need to do something about the wait time it's disgusting. Hire more people it's not that hard you got plenty of jobless people your giving money too recruit them.
Hi ! I agree with reviews. l asked the receptionist on entering a simple question regarding a problem. Reply was, " you need an appointment " what a joke saw only one person, she asked for my phone and put an unkmown number on it for me to use, guess what, number will not get through. Rest my case, Sunbury branch needs to sort itself out, Pensioners are'nt third grade citizens !
No regard for common courtesy or decency. They treat people that come to them for help like they're diseased and even when it's quiet, you'll wait for up to an hour whilst you watch them just drinking coffee and talking amongst each other.
Gave me someone else's CRN and Linking code which lead to calling customer support for an hour then having to travel back to the office.
Very slow service and very slow wait. Waiting for more than 1 hour and half. This was on a quiet time
Friendly staff, however could do with putting more on, I have seen Centrelinks busier than this and the wait isn't so long
Very poor customer service, the lady behind the counter didn't even let me explain why I was there and cut me off right away by saying that she can't help.
They need to give us more money. It's not enough.
