I would like to give my honest review after attending this centre today.. upon arrival I was greeted by two of the staff members at the door. The lady who I spoke to, short greyish hair maybe late 40’s definitely needs further training in customer service. She was very abrupt, negative & snappy. I eventually got to speak with a customer service representative and he was lovely, I also spoke with Lisa whom I believe is a manager at this office, and she too, was lovely. The service was fast & professional, apart from the lady at the entrance, she not only spoke to myself rudely but she also spoke to others who also struggled to explain themselves at times, instead of being helpful, she made you feel silly… I would avoid dealing with her next time..
Went to get a new licence photo taken. Literally in and out within 5 minutes. Efficient, friendly and welcoming. Great work
Went with a friend for a test who has been a learner driver for years. Is mature age and very cautious and considerate plus safe, driver. First automatic fail for indicator in car park!!!! car hadn't left the park. Second, for apparently not stopping at round about had stopped but speedometer showing 1 for a second. Seems completely unreasonable and no room for error. Just a money making exercise. No complaints mechanisms in place either. A disgrace.
I experienced really great service at this branch transferring an interstate registration. I was in and out in 15 minutes including the time it took me to change over the plates and hand them back. Very efficient staff
I went into this Vic roads to cancel my registration for my stolen vehicle. I found the lady to be abrupt and unhelpful from the get go. It’s bad enough having your car stolen and written off, they then shaft you with administration fees and tell you they’ll send a cheque in a couple of weeks. When I asked why they could not do bank transfer as they offer it for other cancellation reasons, I was told that it’s not available for stolen vehicles. You also can’t do cancellations for stolen vehicles online so they leave you no choice but to accept the situation. What’s the difference? cancelled registration is still cancelled. Shouldn’t matter the reason. This process needs to be revised to save additional stress to people and the staff need to have training on speaking to customers.
