Terrible customer service. I called ahead to ask if an appointment was needed to lodge a tax file number application. I was told I didn’t but that I needed to come in after 1pm as they didn’t do tax file appointments during the lunch rush. I arrived at 1:15 the lady working starting serving me then half way through the application stopped because other customers were waiting and because they had taken their lunch late today. She then severed 7 customers while I was left waiting to the side. What this told me was that my time was less valuable : important that the other customers waiting. This service is not acceptable and I won’t be returning to this post office again.

02; can't get an envelope after saying i'll be back with the money for it from the car. Literally locked up and waved me away. I can't wait until Amazon or some other alternative company comes to Australia so they can run this relic of a company away.
