I see a lot of very poor reviews but I have used this company a few times now because of how reliable, well priced and hard working the people were. I understand that such horrid reviews can be daunting, but I have a lot of old furniture, and a lot of it is delicate and needed to be handled with great care. Everything was very well looked after and the guys were so lovely and friendly. I wouldn't want to hire anyone else now.

Avoid at all costs - I learnt the hard way… Thinking you will save a few dollars will not save you money - it will end up costing you way more than expected.
My apartment wasn't the easiest to move; I have two sets of U shaped internal stairs. For this i anticipated an extra 3 hours on what the average two bedroom move is, which you would think is more than fair.

It took 9 hours to move a two bedroom apartment - the removalists although loverly were extremely slow because they did not have the strength to carry heavy items on the stairs - I even had to pay an additional $95 for an extra 2 men to come so that they could carry the fridge out. I certainly didn't need 4 men to get the fridge up the stairs when i moved in. This just goes to show how much the poor guys struggled. The company sent the wrong guys to this job. 

The bad service didn't stop there - Due to them running so behind schedule i had to leave them while they packed up the rest of the house, I met them at the storage shed, and after i paid them found out they had not bought my TV as they didn't think it would fit. When i got back to my house i found they had not just left my TV, but so much that i couldn't move it myself and needed a truck to clear it. Two TV's, Mirrors, Bedside tables, draws, Boxes, BBQ, Tables, Large decorations,  the entire Storage Area. If i could post photos you would be horrified.

Think that is bad, i was due to be on an international flight 36 hours later so had cleaners and carpet cleaners booked in the next day, but had to cancel as there was so much furniture left they couldn't get in. There is now no possible way the house will be ready for me to leave the country and i am now going to have to pay for my flight to be changed.

The companies only offer of fixing this absolute debacle was to offer the removalists to come back in the morning so that the place could be cleared in time for the cleaners.
But this would be at my own cost of $85 hour. After paying them 9 hours i was then expected to pay them another couple of hours to complete the move.Seriously what type of company thinks it takes 11-12 hours to move a two bedroom apartment. 

24 hours before I am due to fly out on an international flight i have to make the decision of giving a company that refuses to own up to the fact that they are just not cutting it as a decent time efficient removal who provides an amazing job - or delay my travel plans so i can find a decent company to finish the job satisfactory. 

Even after sleeping on it i can't fathom the thought of handing Mandy Movers another cent. If your move is not easy and straight forward, or you want your move done right the 

Guarantee, if you care about your furniture or budget then this is not the company for you.

Edit** 2 Years later my furniture after an overseas adventure my furniture was removed from storage. A $6000 bed now has to be disposed off because they had snapped and I mean snapped one of center rails in HALF, and broke two feet. When the first piece of the bed was removed it had chips and I was annoyed, but when the following pieces came out completely broken how can one not be mad. I literally paid 2 years of storage to have to throw items away due to the severity of the damage. 

Keep clear at all costs.

Beware guys before sharing your card information with them, when uh call them it’s directly connected to Pakistan or in india they all are very unprofessional and there is no security. They Ak an get all your money , if you don’t believe them you check all IP address as well you will find indian or Pakistan’s address 

So please BEWARE!!!

Dodgy bastards. Had extremely poor experience and decided to cancel them the moment they rocked up. Shocking attitude, poor service, very unorganized. Basically online booking service. Removalists dont even work for the Company. I implore you to never use them.

We booked these guys to move a 2 bedroom townhouse into a storage container, then again a month later from storage to our new house. We got different teams on each move. The first team was decent; they called up a couple of hours early and offered to start before the booked time as they'd had a cancellation. One guy was cluey and friendly, the other was  pretty sullen.

The second team was not so great. They were really slow; both of them would pick up a single item that one person could carry, and one of them kept getting stuck behind things when packing the truck. Although we'd taken 3 carloads of stuff out of storage already, they were worried they wouldn't fit the remainder into the truck. Even though the first team managed it?

Yeah the hourly rate was cheap, but if it takes three hours to do a two hour job, you aren't saving money. At the end of the day, everything got moved from A to B, so I'm not unhappy with this company, but they could do better.
