Yet another dumbass saying he came and delivered a package, never left a card, never bought it back to the local post office where it should of went to. You may have the majority of market share, but it won't remain that way and I for one can't wait to see your "business" go under. I'm already in the process of changing couriers for two of my e-commerce stores. Good riddens.

Use are pathetic your workers are pathetic teach them to do there job properly not even both to ring a door bell leaves a card and goes in under 2seconds i call up complain anf oh sory we cant do anything use are pathetic!! Apparently parcel was delivered and signed for. Signature is a person who does not exist at our end, and NOTHING was delivered although someone was there ALL DAY. Wondering if a police visit would spark some honestly in your delivery drivers as the content of the parcel is in high demand this weekend. Go uppercut yourselves. #stealingfromthecommunity

DISGUSTING SERVICE. lost my parcel by delivering to the wrong address and no access to speak to anyone other than call centre who cant do anything. no accountability, horrible customer service! no wonder why people are going to private freight companies. will never send with aus post again!
