For an auspost franchise they don't seem to properly understand how the postal system works. Auspost incorrectly delivered a parcel there and when auspost tried to organise to send it to the correct post office, they were unable to get in contact with them. I had to call them 4 times in a row because they kept hanging up on me. When I got through I had to explain myself over and over because they didn't understand the situation because they didn't know you can send parcels from a parcel locker.

Very disappointing visit to your shop today. Your female assistant I found to be quite rude. I was waiting to purchase some items when another customer I gather a regular who was asked to be served. He very politely said I was next and your staff member said "she's alright" and asked me if I was. I replied " I guess I am " because she said so. I was not there to make a scene but promptly put my items back and left the store. I went to another post office. Customer service needs to be better than that
