Our appointment today with James was calm and supportive. His thoughtful manner and interaction with us was really 11/10. We are most appreciative of his help in navigating the Centrelink system.
Would have given a zero. Checked in asked if I had appt said no. Here for Medicare told won’t be long. Don’t need appt for Medicare . Waited 2 hrs watched waiting room empty from people arriving a more than an hour after me .. I did check twice to make sure I wasn’t forgotten. When I was finally seen I was told only 1 person doing Medicare.although the woman I sat next to me saw someone else at least 45 mins before me. Understand people are busy. I mostly saw staff sitting by themselves doing paper work It was a terrible case of lack of respect for their clients
I had an excellent experience at the Greensborough Centrelink office today. After being turned away twice at the Mill Park branch while in extreme hardship, and even having phone calls terminated when trying to get help, I came here as a last attempt to resolve my claim.nnI’ve been dealing with significant stress around my mental health and housing situation, and the ongoing delays left me feeling completely stuck. Walking into Greensborough branch and being treated like an human being immediately lifted a burden.nnA Customer Service Officer reviewed my documents properly, answered my questions clearly, and processed my claim on the spot. The entire assessment and approval took around 40 minutes.. a stark contrast to the delays, lack of information, and difficulty accessing support I experienced elsewhere.nnI’m genuinely grateful for the professionalism and care shown here. Greensborough Services Australia branch is an example of how Centrelink should operate. Highly recommend this branch for anyone needing timely, respectful and effective help.
Visited Centrelink Greensborough today, was served by a lovely compassionate lady called Maria. Maria was extremely helpful, knew her stuff and was so lovely. Thank you Maria, you are a credit to Centrelink.
Maria from greensborough was very helpfull to me on the computer so patient , and solved my problems with a smile, the others helpers just never solved my computer problem but Maria solved my bigpond problem, a credit to the staff, I would always ask for her help again, thank you,
