Visited this Post Office today. The staff were smiling and friendly. Questions were answered politely and the advice given was beneficial to me.  Can only say this is the best post office I have been in - but I'm biased as it's my local PO

The customer service is excellent at this post office. I went there to ask how to apply for my new passport with the different names after getting married today. The ladies are so patient to help me ring and check if I filled in the correct information. Awesome work ladies, keep doing this. :)

I dread going into this post office. The staff are always 'snippy' and abrupt and seem to want to be ANYWHERE else but there. I've lived in the area for 8+ yrs and I can't recall ever having a pleasant experience. Perhaps they need some further training in customer service!

Just want to give a shout out to the wonderful staff at Eltham post office , twice in the last month I’ve needed some extra help on forms and the staff went above and beyond to fix all of my mistakes to ensure  everything went smoothly 5 GOLD STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Can't thank the staff at the Eltham post office for going above and beyond to help me sort out a passport application. Extremely friendly and helpful. Making this my local post office from now on. Great work girls, keep it up.
