Dined inside and bought a Chicken Parma. Was presented well, good serving size, and tasted great. Haven't tried better chips elsewhere, really-- excellent. Friendly staff, and a well-laid out restaurant. The downside is that the toilets are not well maintained. There is a broken water tap and no toilet seat. I hope this is something the owner will get fixed as soon as possible.
Bought an absolutely revolting lasagna with my order, for $17 I would expect something more than slop. When enquiring over the phone received rude and dismissive responses from a worker and the supposed owner. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Has gone downhill in the last year.
Absolutely loved the food and service here! Friendly staff and the food came out really quickly. Ordered The Works pizza and a chicken risotto and both were great. The pizza was delicious, not soggy at all, really thin base and packed full of toppings right up to the crust. The risotto was equally delicious, it was creamy and fresh and packed with flavour. I would definitely come back to eat here if I'm in the area again!
Delicious food with plentiful servings. Value for money. Staff are awesome, floor manager was welcoming and responsive , the young team of servers are guided well and they were also very helpful, efficient and effective. Only downsides to this Italian restaurant, there is no tiramisu or the essential COFFEE. Glad we stopped in for dinner. Really yummy food and very attentive staff. We dined in and will be returning soon. I had the lasagne, my husband had a parma and we shared a pizza we bought home. Both meals were absolutely delicious and very affordable. Vegetarian options: Lots of options Kid-friendliness: Child area there and kids menu available Parking: Plenty of parking Dietary restrictions: Vegan and GF options.
The people giving this place good reviews must have never had real pizza and never travelled. Terrible base, low quality ingredients, ridiculous amount of cheese, truly awful stodge. Would give zero stars if possible.
Weekend getaway at Woodend. Had dinner last friday night - pick up two pizzas. The works and BBQ chicken. The best i've had in a long time and would go back again just for the pizza!!
Vespa has one of the best range of pizza and pasta dishes in Woodend. I regularly travel 20km just to get their pizza and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants to grab a fantastic deal.
Not overall happy. Saturday night and very busy weekend. Closed and only open for takeaway only. Very disappointed and I had heard a lot of good things from here
Ordered online and delivery took just over an hour. $26 for the meal deal with a family sized pizza, garlic bread and 1.25l drink. $5 for delivery. Pizza was over cooked and a bit dry. No obvious cheese. Base was thin but the whole thing was a bit bland, verging on bitter due to the over cooking. Garlic bread was very cheap bread, garlic butter, quite squishy, no crusty top. All in all it filled a whole but it was disappointing.
