Delicious meal with generous portions of curry, so we ended up with plenty to take home afterwards. I loved the garlic paratha and mango lassi especially, and was very impressed by how prompt and friendly the service was.
Last minute decision to have dinner in Kyneton and Dhaba did not disappoint! Absolutely loved it So much flavour and a number of vegan dishes. Dhaba at the Mill is located on Piper Street in Kyneton and managed by Owner Chef Ajay Pal who takes great pride in running this quaint restaurant specializing in Indian Cuisine. Try the appetizer Papdi Chaat and main course of Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice amongst a host of other Curries from Fish curry to Roganjosh along with Black Lentil Daal. A must visit as this is a historic old Mill converted to Dhaba by the mill where you also get a glimpse of some old Indian movies... Great quick service and friendly easy staff... Vegetarian options: Enough of Veg options Kid-friendliness: Family oriented
Staff were lovely and welcoming. Food was so delicious! We went on a Sunday where it’s $20 per adult for a buffet meal.. children were $10 each. You have to pay for any naan bread or drinks . The atmosphere was relaxing. I really would love to give 5 stars but they don’t split bills.
Sunday night is buffet night and excellent opportunity to sample seven delicious and authentic dishes. Excellent value and quality. Don’t do what we did and fail to resist the temptation to keep going back one too many times! Regular menu also appealing and we’ll be back for that.
My partner has been wanting to go here for months, and it was a great experience! Lovely staff and a great meal. We really enjoyed the Indian ice cream we had at the end -- the flavour was great!
I went here for dinner and it was incredible. The entree and main meals I had were full of flavour and tasted amazing! The Masala Chai was wonderful too! Highly suggest going here for beautiful and authentic Indian food; and their Balls of Happiness entree is a must have!
Everything about this place was top notch. The North Indian style dishes were flavoursome and just a bit different to what you would get from any other Indian joint which makes it perfect to try new dishes and textures. Shout out to the chefs that were super helpful! Had the malai kofta, chana, samosa chaat with naan and rice.
Absolute gem of a restaurant in Kyneton. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food, great authentic flavours and excellent service. Well done to the team. Will definitely go again and look forward to the Sunday buffet.
Authentic Indian Food and hospitality. Has never failed in that every time we go, it's a consistently wonderful time. The service is always as good as the food.
