I DEFINITELY recommend Vertigo MTB! Great customer service, friendly, flexible (with a big group), accomodating and great friendly staff. They have great knowledge of the tracks and local area. I had an issue with my bike rear shock and Buck went out of his way with his bike contacts to try and get me sorted which I really appreciated and was something he didn't have to do. I would definitely go through them again!

Excellent Customer Service.... Loved our experience with the team from Vertigo MTB earlier this week. They made us feel very welcome & were happy to share their knowledge of the trails & all things biking. Awesome hire bikes, perfect for the local conditions. Highly recommend this business.

I hired a bike and enjoyed 4 days of shuttles with the dream team @ Vertigo. The bike was excellent (customised in fact for my 2 metre + frame), the service and support were spot on and the trail advice and tips kept me safe and in the saddle for all 4 days. If you are in the Apple Isle, do yourself a favour and head into Derby /Vertigo, you will not be disappointed.

Our group has an excellent experience with Vertigo. Staff were friendly and all went beyond our expectations in providing us service. The mechanic worked back late one night to repair my mates bike then on another day a staff member worked on my bike on his day off. Derby trails are awesome and to be provided such great service definitely puts the icing on the cake. I will be back.

Had a great experience with these tours. The trails had a good balance of all the fun stuff and the operators were top blokes. Well worth stopping in!!
