Excellent service- staff were really helpful and went out of their way to assist with our purchase- giving us different options, showing what they could get in store for us and researching details on the internet while we were there which was just on closing time as well. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I moved down here for a couple of months so brand new customer and unlikely to be a longer term customer during COVID. They serviced my road bike and honestly it's never run better in the last 5 years. The service was simply excellent. I just wish I could stil service my bike here when I go back to Melbourne!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A BIKE SHOP!! When I picked up my enduro bike, the frame was with residues of oil everywear. Also the rear shock had his first scratch. The worst thing is that they couldn't fix my bike, but they still charge me 70 dollars. I will never go again. Im so desapointed.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very patiently helped us figure out which mountain bikes were best for our kids. Both kids are very happy with the Giant and Liv bikes we bought.
These guys are great you can trust the advice they give for your bikes. They sell repair and supply accessories you need for your every need when it comes to bikes they know. Always friendly service great prices .
Had my bike serviced recently. Its now going like new. Jake rang me to discuss additional jobs that needed doing, & approximate cost. Great staff & service. Thanks guys.
I phoned them. Pressed 1 for bikes.. much ringing then car dept answered a d told me I have to ring back and press 1. I told her what happened and reluctantly she wrnt to get someone.. he had no customer service ability nor efforts and wS very flat until I said I may call in to see the product.. then he got happy. Not good enough.
