I needed someone to receive and properly box up a used bike I bought in Launceston. Guys at Bike Central were really helpful and courteous every time I spoke to them. I'm not a returning customer so they could have treated me anyway they wanted but they went the distance, boxing it up carefully and printing and labelling the boxes for the courier to pick up. Not a huge thing but it's the little things that tell you if you're going to get good service in the big things, right? Thanks for the help guys - bike arrived unharmed in Sydney. Cheers.

On a holiday and had developed a irritating creak. Went in early morning and were happy to squeeze me in. Left with my bike running like new that afternoon.

Big shout out to the guys in bike central They lent me a test seat even when we worked out i wasnt going to be able to get it back to them before i left tassie. Had a pain free ride of hollybank and derby thanks to their help and generosity.

We called in here needing some bits and pieces and to borrow a tool when we were cycle touring in Tassie. Staff couldn't have been more helpful
