Ordered an almond croissant and I couldn't finish it as I strongly think it's left overs from the days before. Was very soggy, a little discoloured and had a cheese funk to it? Barista was nice and friendly.
The morning crew on were amazing. Arrived in the airport at 4.30am and they were happy, bubbly and entertaining the customers with their banter. Despite a huge line up, they smashed out orders with great efficiency. Great work! You guys made my morning
This is the worse coffee I have ever had. Taste watery. Also very rude staff as well. The lady. Unbelievable
Not even worth it for 1 start wish could’ve give 0 star Very rude and bad customer service where they think all Asians can’t speak English Was waiting on the line but the lady said I cut the line! A bit of a layover between flights and so come here for brunch. It was busy but managed to get some prompt service. Ordered a danish and a cup of tea in my reuseable Frank Green cup which staff were happy to fill. The tea was good - next time I’ll try a coffee as they appear to be good at coffee by all the machines, accessories and packets of coffee. Danish was fresh and tasty considering I doubt it was made that day. Nice range of other things to eat, will have a try of a croissant. Staff were helpful and friendly. nice place to sit and dine next to Veloce while you wait for your flight. Note: wheelchair and kid friendly. d e b i
Snacks are good. Good place. But, staff girl is hanging out and just looking around. Not interested in staff things. Not appropriate to customers.
Never experienced such a rude service from a barrista, older man in his 50's who clearly hates his job. Asked for food which was behind the window counter, he refused to sell me the one that I wanted. Told me to get something else in a rude manner. A guy behind me was so shocked he also left. Avoid at all cost. He has no regards for customers.
Nobody at the counter rudely told to move around to another counter. Was trying to place order when aneven ruder young girl starts talking over me while I was ordering. She made the coffee like I was offending her. No manners whatsoever. How do people get a job in service industries with poor attitudes like this. Read the other reviews and an overall score of 2.5 stars says the owner needs to look at your business model and train your staff. Sydney Airport you don't need this negatively.
Pretty terrible coffee for Sydney only matched by its even worse level of customer service and unreasonable arrogance. From the server to the Barista, with a service far from busy , acted like they were forced to be there and the below average coffees we received were some favour! Also, overpriced but that's granted upto some level considering it is in the airport. If you really what you do upto a point that you can't even be 'nice' to your customers, you need to find something else. That might in fact be the best thing you would have done for your customers.
Average food and good coffee, certainly one of the better places in the Domestic Airport. Cashier was nice, however woman who served food was rude. When she handed me my food I thanked her and she ignored me. Prices are way too much. I paid $15 for a ham & cheese croissant with a small almond milk coffee.
