DO NOT COME HERE!!!! We went to redeem a coupon we had and the manager had the most disgusting attitude no wonder the store is deserted and empty. You would have better customer service going to 'That Place cafe' around the corner than wasting your time and money eating here. When we went to redeem the coupon the manager didn't even bother scanning the code and immediately rejected it. I hope the complaint I made about you and your store makes the Coffee Club regional manager train you and your staff better on what is standard customer service. If you don't want to serve your customers and honour a coupon then maybe you should shut down. It would be better if we had a cafe that had employees that had better service than the one we received maybe its time for you to close down.

Stopped for a coffee with my partner on our way to the hotel.  I had an iced coffee and my partner had a flat white.  My coffee was good but my partner’s was not extra hot as he ordered.  His coffee was just ok.  The coffee shop was spacious and comfortable.  Will try their food another time.

Great location, however service is quite poor compared to other eateries nearby. Our ordering process was unclear, food and drinks arrived late had to remind them about a coffee that never came and table service was conducted with visible frustration from the staff ?. As for the food itself, the portions are small for the price and it definitely isn't made up with good quality - the buffalo chicken tenders weren't tender at all and the sandwich was miserable! Other Coffee Clubs I've been to have been busier and have better quality food, e.g. the one in Penrith and Rhodes.

Probably the best Coffee Club store I have dined at; I typically avoid CC shops if there are other options in the area due to bad experiences in the past, but this one shines.  Immaculately kept premises, heaps of room, and a friendly, efficient serving team. I can see since my past CC visits the chain has expanded its menu with some on-trend options, like the sweet-potato bowl and the rosti-stack. I have enjoyed multiple breakfasts here and they have always arrived well-prepared and quickly.  Good, full-flavored espresso here too. I still find Coffee Club prices higher than I would prefer across the board, but at least in the Mascot store I feel I am getting what I pay for!

Please do visit if your money is from lottery. But not from an income.  We ordered the big breakfast that supposed to fill you up for $22.90 Wow, three leaves of baby spinach, awesome baked beans served in an cute bowl sized smaller than my thumb. Toasted bread with butter, which I love from all the coffee clubs but not here. The butter tasted some left over oil from fried hash browns.  Absolute ‘disgrace’  Unfortunately the minimum is one star. First time I felt that they should introduce negative stars.

Local resident. Nice place for a coffee or brunch. Try their breakie hotpot and their burgers are good- paddy is juicy which is what matters. Clean and tidy, and food arrives relatively fast. Place is never crowded so you get some peace and quiet

Food wasn't hot but tasted decent. Prices are high and portions are mediocre, poor value for money. Chai latte is awful. Tea pot has one cup of tea, which is lame. Felt like I was being ripped off.

I had a customized brekkie and a flat white they are amazing and tasty, this place open so early so I can always get something to eat, coffee is above average and i really enjoy my breakfast there.

Another branch of the famous franchise, this particular cafe has a nice atmosphere, with clean and tidy arrangement and comfortable seating. The staff are very attentive and welcomed us warmly. The menu is good value for money. Recommended.

We wanted to have breakfast early before heading to the airport, and the Coffee Club in mascot was the perfect place to stop. Our food was delicious, as were the flat white coffees we enjoyed. They also have free WiFi, which was nice for us as international travelers with limited internet access overseas. It was a clean, cute, and warm place that I would definitely consider going back to next time we are in Sydney.
