incredibly average oliver brown chain, nothing exceptional. if anything, service is worse here with staff who wander off in their own minds in an empty shop unfortunately, though there are occasions like 1 where this isn't the case. staff here take way too long to take orders, going around in circles with their customers from what i can discern, not just me. but then again, the food here is nice, though i would rather go elsewhere for a nice sweet kick.
It is located in the corner. Parking isn't available which makes things difficult. Seating is available inside and outside for 40+ people. Service is decent and the coffee is good. They don't have any sugar free flavoring for their coffee.
Coffee is okay. Not recommend their hot chocolate. It’s bit watery. Blueberry cheese cake is standard. A good place a quick catch up. The place is spacious.
Place to go to get your chocolate fix. Savoury menu is available during morning. The only cafe open until night time in the area.
Ordered a cheese toasty. $9.50. Didn’t worry so much about the cost as expected at Sydney International Airport, however the quality of the food was disgusting. Couldn’t even finish it. Waste of money. Travellers, I wouldn’t recommend it, don’t waster your time or money.
Hot chocolate was the best and waffle was decent. The big breakfast was nice except for the poach eggs tasted vinegary and plain
T1 before customs: Thick shake is just strawberry flavoured milk but they still charge $7.50. The service is terrible and the food hilariously lazy and low effort considering how overpriced it is. Food served in Tupperware containers instead of on plates.
“Staff respond wasn’t right” I hate writing bad reviews because Im one of the loyal customers of Oliver Brown since the shop was open. Everything seems changed. And these things triggers me, that I think the owner must be aware: Suddenly the coffee i often order tastes bad. The new staff must undergo training first because it’ll affect the standard taste and reputation of the shop. Tried to approached the new barista who made my coffee but turned out like I didn’t know the ‘right taste of my Dark Mocha’ I’m bit upset because I need to convinced them to make a new one and the respond I get was just silence with “poker face” and didn’t say sorry at all- Not a good approach though to customers Loyal Customer. Also, new Staff are rude, not approachable and seems they don’t want to serve the customers, until it is already long queue. For the owner of this shop, I hope you can take action on the concern above. At least start addressing small things keep the coffee standards and encourage your workers to have a good work ethics.
Atmosphere is pretty good, but the food doesn't taste good. service is good, they tried they best to serve as quick as possible, but 1 person in the kitchen is not enough when it's very busy.Food: 2/5
