We bought a couple of folding bikes from Velo for a cycling holiday in Europe. Since we'd never previously used folding bikes, I had to go back a few times with questions and problems. The shop manager, Cory, was always happy to help. If there's something that Cory doesn't know about folding bikes, it probably isn't worth knowing. The maintenance team are also top-notch. At Velo you may pay a bit more for your bike, but IMO you'll definitely get value for money.

Best place in Victoria to satisfy your Brompton needs, whether a new bike (including special editions), parts & accessories, or service to keep your Brompton in best condition. You can also hire a Brompton. They also sell other folders as well as a range of electric-assisted bikes. See also their other shop, Velo Cycles, 100m north of VE&F for bikes that don't fold and have no electric motors.

Great customer service. Even a year and a half after I bought my bike, I had no problems at all with getting a couple of broken bits replaced under warranty. Not blaming the bike for breaking though, as I was using the bike as a daily commuter, so it has thousands of kilometers under the belt.
