Great customer service!

Came here to get some casual clip-in shoes and some SPD pedals. I asked if they were willing to install the pedals for me, which they agreed to do on the spot. As it turned out, I stupidly installed one of my old pedals incorrectly (ruining the crank), but they kindly replaced it with a spare from their box of second-hand parts for the symbolic price of a 6-pack. Had it all set up for me, and even installed the cleats in my new shoes for me!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and there's plenty of bikes and kit on sale for fairly competitive prices. Manager also seems to treat his staff well, which is nice to see. Will be coming here again the next time I break something, or when I need to kit up for the winter

Ever since Alfie arrived, this shop has been great! I have used every bike store in North Fitzroy and surrounding suburbs over the past 20 years and this store has provided the best service. They genuinely have your safety as their first priority. The store has a great range of products at good prices but it is their service that really stands out. Thanks to Alfie and the team.

Amongst the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They managed to destroy rear wheel hub by over tightening it and twist spokes on front wheel, which another mechanic verified. They refused to take responsibility, saying it was probably an unlucky coincidence and became dismissive and rude when I maintained the rear wheel was fine before they serviced it.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. All of the staff have been really helpful, even when assisting me with things that won't really equate to sales for them. Had my first bike service there last week and they went above and beyond. Great work!

Yes I looked online at bikes but I wanted one that ticked all the boxes, so I went to this place. The guy knew exactly which bike would suit me and took the time to adjust heights etc. As a result of all his knowledge and help I got the best bike I have ever had and, coming from Denmark, I obviously used biking as a preferred mode of transport for many years. I could not recommend this place more highly if you want a great bike. I don't know what the previous comment was about, because I got a great deal with lot of extras. I have fallen in love with cycling again and LOVE my new bike. Thank you for spending the time getting it exactly right for me. Merete Crofts
