Was the best value for money I could find in the region and really stoked with the vehicle. Was responsive to my first enquiries, took the vehicle for a test drive and they made every effort possible to make sure I was looked after. Picked up the car all shiny and professionally groomed and couldn’t be happier. Dealt with David, would definitely recommend going in for a test drive through these guys
We brought a car from here a few weeks ago now, once we made it home after purchasing our car worth upwards of 20k we realised there was no front floor mat, have since asked about this multiple times and still no help. Also we only received one key not a spare and there was talk of being a second still no answers in regards to that aswell. Just feel as though when you are spending that much money you should get at the very least good correspondence and service. we love our car it is just a shame these things had to tarnish our experience when purchasing.
Feel ripped off to be honest. Problem after problem and 4 new tyres within the year of buying a $28 000 vehicle. I guess this is what you get when you trust to much when buying from another city. I've spent alot of money on this vehicle within a year and only doing 15000k. Will say ppl were very nice to deal with. That's what sold the vehicle to me I guess.
The team at V8Zrus are very friendly. I have dealt with Glenn in the past and throughout all my time with him, he has always had a giant smile on his face and cared deeply about my vehicle choices. Kudos to the V8zrus team and Glenn for all his help.
