I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the salesman I dealt with named John, he even waited round after hours to meet as I rushed around hamilton seeing if there was a better deal on the type of MPV I was looking for. But thanks to him, later that week I ended up purchasing a very lovely car from them at a  very reasonable price. A minor fault with some button on the dash appeared but that has been booked in by them to be fixed, and I'm sure it will be soon, and of course for free as part of the warranty included in the price. I highly recomend looking here first if you're in the market for a car.

The worst experience ever. Purchased a vehicle which we took for a mechanical check only to find the entire undercarriage caked in mud as well as places with rust. We advised the sales team of a shudder at 100km/h when we picked the vehicle up were told it was all sorted and yet the the inside of the mag was thick with dry mud so wheel balancing couldn't have been done. We decided to cancel the deal but were encourage to take another vehicle, which we did only to find there was no oil in the vehicle when we collected it to take it for a mechanical check. So we returned it and cancelled the deal. When we returned the vehicle there was no one to discuss the cancellation with and when I returned later in the day I spoke to Grant who proceeded to tell me that my husband was arrogant and rude when returning the vehicle. That we were unreasonable about the little bit of rust on the first vehicle and shut me down when I tried to tell him it wasn't just the rust that the whole undercarriage was covered with dry mud. He went on to say that all South African's are arrogant and rude and he hates to deal with them. He accused my husband of being racist but when asked to get his staff in the office to repeat these accusations he told me he was done with the conversation and I must get out of his office.
My advice is to do yourself a favor and go some where else especially if you are South African because he is very derogatory about us.
