Bought a car from here only to find out the car has many problems with the front as it makes several types of noises which it wasn't making when I had done a short test drive of the car(heavily smelt like crc). So I wanted to return the car...however apparently they have the "right to repair" and "I have to pay and can't return the car". Respectfully I gave them the car and didn't take a courtesy car due to them not having any left and resulting to one of the employees handing me the keys to there car. Still I didn't take any courtesy car and returned the same day to pick the car up after it had been "fixed". I was told it was something to do with the sway bar link from the dealer and when I took the car it was still making noises from the front so I then again returned immediately informing sgt that the noise is still there...then the dealer had told me to go straight to their garage and once again I ran around to try and get these noises fixed. When I arrived at the garage, I showed the mechanic what I was talking about and we went for a drive, immediately he heard the noises and said "something's definitely not right, bring it back tomorrow so I have more time to fix it", then I asked him what did he find before when they had apparently fixed the noise and he replied saying that "well we didn't fix it, we tightened some loose bolts". I found that strange as I was informed by the dealer that it was the sway bar link?? Anyways I took the car back the next morning and dropped it off. Later I checked the time of the garage closing which was 5PM and the current time was 4.30PM and I hadn't received my call to pick the car up. I decided to call the garage and the person answered the phone and said "oh yeah we can't find out what's making that noise so if it gets worse just bring it back". At this point I've had enough running back and forward so I decided to keep the car until the noise got any worse as one of the dealers had said to my mother that "if we want a car that doesn't make noises then we should buy a brand new one", however we own a 2006 and 2005 car which we purchased from a dealership and they do not till this day make any crunching and thumping sounds. Just today the noises have gotten worse so I am having to yet once again contact sgt auto hopefully not to be told that it's an 11year old car and noises are expected. We keep getting reminded that we have mechanical warranty but why should we pay for the excess when I've pointed this issue out straight away and I've only had the car for two weeks. Strongly do not recommend this dealership

i would not recommend this dealership to anyone, as the employees are very rude and unprofessional. Colby an employee of sgt auto, used extreme profanity towards myself and my partner over an issue about a car we purchased. This was completely uncalled for and unnecessary. Not the ideal experience of buying a first car that i would have hoped for. Very disappointed.
