Had my car in for a full service - Professional, refreshments available, washed, and vacuumed car on completion. However, there seemed to be no importance or value placed on my time. Late hand back! If you can't get through the workload, why book in so many cars at the same time? I had to reschedule a business appointment, hence 4 out of 5 stars
Highly recommended. Jordan was very patient and accommodating with my very pedantic personality. I kept returning, trying different models that weren't quite 'right' for me. Jordan finally found my PERFECT match, and I ended up buying TWO.!nThe after purchase care is fantastic so far, and of course they are Toyota's, so I expect them to probably outlast me
Poor communication. Sales people are usually chatting amongst themselves a lot, not that that in itself is an issue but certainly slows down service if youre in a hurry. Finicky about service and wof, can't say if Im being ripped off but feels like it. Unfortunately it was my first and last time here as it really does feel like Im leaking money here. Went to another garage and previously identified issues were diagnosed and fixed for ridiculously cheap.
I bought a car from Te Rapa Toyota, I have nothing but praise for Derick, our sales person, and Melissa. I was informed by Derick of the progress of the Suv on its journey to NZ. He was both polite, informative on the workings and demonstration of the car, and answering any questions. Melissa was bright and welcoming,giving a clear and detailed overview of toyota's service plan and benefits, and dealing with the financial process. Thankyou to you both, especially Derick for this pleasant experience.
Charged for services I didn't need without asking.. rang us to pick it up and hadn't washed or vacuumed it like they said they would... tightened my handbrake up so much it's ridiculous... and everytime I go there i get it back with much much less gas and the air con on which I don't use... can't say I'm. In a hurry to go back again...I feel ripped off... hate garages like this
