I bought the car from out of town and naturally was anxious to know that everything was in order. I asked lots of questions and nothing was too hard. I got detailed pictures and answers for all I needed on request. Everything was as promised upon delivery of the vehicle. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you!

I knew exactly which car I wanted and after a test drive was convinced but didn't want to buy impulsively. After a couple of days they rang me to say the car had a deposit on it by someone else so I looked elsewhere. The car I wanted was taken off Trademe and the website so assumed it was gone but after searching for its equal and failing I decided to call and ask. It was still there. I know this is a known sales tactic but I was a bit peeved, nevertheless I went forward. I got the ball rolled with a deposit and the finance company put the rest through. During this time I mentioned I would likely pick it up Tuesday, this was heard 3 times by my partner who was with me. My finance broker informed them the money has been approved and put through. Having taken time off work to take me to get my partner and I were upset noone was at the lot and it was shut with no notice on door, no notice on website and no word from sales team. I rang Noel the manager but it went straight to voice mail. I text him and he replied straight away. After texting me back and forth arguing with me about details and ultimately blaming me for not knowing they wouldn't be there I had to ask another family member to take time off work to come back for pick up. I was treated terribly and my partner was furious, I ended up having physical flare ups after wards. When I did get to pick up my car the manager got me to sign forms saying he had told me about a bunch of things like insurances which he had not but I was pretty shaken so I signed and left with my car. Traumatic experience, unprofessional and unkind. Will never buy from them again.

Went to there, tested the car, negotiated the price, everything is done. Right before I make the payment, the sales person told me one of the critical file of the car I am going to buy is missing. I can make the payment, but when the car can be registered and been driven away is uncertain. It is so unprofessional to conduct business like that. If it can not be registered, 2Cheap Cars should not make it available, and only tell me right before I make the payment. Can you tell your customers any earlier?

called into your yard as I was late sept and met your salesman and asked directions to fairview motors...he was polite and helpful,then later at booking at yours I observed your clean and caring showroom and now you're 10/10! shame we never came to a deal.

Salesperson was helpful but yard was understaffed which ment we had to wait a few days longer for vehicle than first told. Happy with car and price

Noel and his team were wonderful to deal with. They really listened to what I wanted, took time to explain where to find things and how to fit the car to my needs. Noel was fantastic with getting me the best repayment price he could that fitted my budget. Very happy to recommend them to friends

Highly recommended, Excellent customer service by Branch manager Noel and his wonderful sales consultant Yaosheng. Many quality cars in the yard to choose from. I just purchased a hybrid vehicle last week and I am very happy overall. Their new location at 418 Te Rapa Road, Hamilton is very spacious with lots of parking and easy access to yard.
