What an absolute top place. Customer care second to none. I have never had a car unveiled or received a food basket when purchasing a vehicle. John is an absolute legend. Very knowledgeable and a great sales man - a pleasure giving them our business.

Just picked up my ute from keeplers from its 30000 service very good service from receptionist and awsome job of cleaning my vehicle that was very messy inside and out. I would recommend them to anyone who asked 5 stars all day!!

Purchased a second hand Audi that ended up having an issue with the transmission but the Keppler team dealt with it like real professionals. Drove a loan vehicle down to Auckland and replaced the transmission without even questioning it. I will certainly be buying me next car from them. Great vehicles and an even better team. My daughter and I have just experienced the best customer service experience in buying a vehicle from a car sales yard ever. Nothing is in the too hard basket for john and the team at keppler. We were treated as though we had just purchased a brand new Ferrari . We would certainly recommend looking up the keppler crew if your in the market for purchasing a vehicle. My husband and I purchased an Audi Q7 from Keppler. The sales team and after sales service is Awesome, very friendly, helpful and not pushy was a great experience. The car had a small problem and it wasn't an issue for them, collected the car from us, left us a courtesy car and fixed the issue. Honesty the after sales service is Bloody Top notch .
