What a surprise I gave my Wife for her birthday. Having purchased a gift voucher for her she proceeded to make an appointment for her visits. The feedback was great and unexpected. My wife had only praise to give to the therapists and team. Easy to make an appointment. Very caring and friendly therapist. A very professional and satisfying treatment across 2 sessions. I was so pleased I purchased another voucher for a colleague for Christmas.Services: Tanning
My mother and I have been here a few times and it is great. The team are very welcoming, professional and customer focused. We booked a Christmas special which included a foot massage, facial, back/shoulder/neck massage a few years ago and only used it recently - it was very relaxing. The only issue around the area is parking but the girls were helpful in guiding us on where to park. If public transport was a suitable option for us being in South East Sydney we would take it but is a bit too far for us. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in pampering themselves or a loved one - but try to take public transport if possible. Highly recommend the team here - they are experts!Service: Massage
Had a wonderful microdermabrasion session here - on a day when my face really needed the work! I was gently welcomed to the salon and following an efficient consultation my therapist got to work. Lovely products their own brand were used throughout the treatment. It was so good I fell asleep during the massage! Highly recommend!
I had the BEST body scrub and aromatherapy full body massage today. It was absolutely incredible. In addition - the service, care and general warmth of all the staff was just beautiful. I have already booked again to see Taylah - she was amazing. A big thank you.

I had a facial treatment for pigmentation and anti-ageing. It was from a pack of 6 treatments. My therapist was very knowledgeable about the skin treatments at Urban Spa and the best ways for me to target my skin concerns. There has been a reduction of redness and dark pigmentation spots since beginning the treatments and I’m pleased with the results.
I’ve always been a big fan of the Urban Spa beauticians and have, over the years, had treatments at many of the locations around Sydney but I have to say the Neutral Bay team are, to me, the best. I have been looked after by many of the beauticians there and they have all been wonderful, helpful, professional and totally in tune with what I wanted and needed. As someone who has been part of business management for many years, I have observed that the Neutral Bay team are extremely well supported and supervised by the manager there. My Christmas present from my husband each year is an Urban Spa voucher that I use up throughout the year - the gift that keeps giving! I love it and it’s easy for him. Well done to you all there at Neutral Bay. Keep up the good work and thank you once again for looking after me.
I regularly visit Urban Spa for brow shaping & brow and lash tinting. It’s always a relaxing experience and i particularly love the scalp massage while I wait for my tint to set. The staff are professional and accommodating and I’m always pleased with the outcome.Service: Waxing
We had the best most relaxing facial, treatment, hot rock massage, foot and hand treatment - the ladies at Neutral Bay are amazing
