Can I rate this place a 10?? What an amazing experience and probably THE best massage I’ve ever had Nim is incredible and I’ll be back. Totally recommend this place …. It’s a must!!!

I used to love this place but not any more. Service isn't as great as it used to be and you definitely don't get what you pay for in terms of a massage. I booked 60 minutes but my massage was 40 minutes in total with 25 minutes spent waiting to start. A Chinese massage at a shopping centre would have been the equivalent. I woke up the next day feeling so much worse/more tense than I did when I went in. I'll have to book and go somewhere else.

This is my favorite spa IN THE WORLD. I love to treat myself to a massage/facial anywhere, especially on vacation. For the five years I lived nearby this was my place. Now that I live in the States I can't find anywhere as good. Please open in San Francisco!! I was back in Australia a few weeks ago for 10 days and MADE SURE I got a day here. I had a one hour relaxation massage with Latoya I'm pretty sure I am remembering that right and it was the best massage I have every had although I think that every time I come here. She touched everywhere from the souls of my feet to the top of my head. I wish I could live here.... definitely do the bath house before your treatment. So relaxing....

I finally was able to use a gift from my kids for so indulgence package! Was able to adjust it to suit me - shorter soak time, sauna, lovely Turkish scrub but to top it all off, the best ever relaxation massage with Malva!! She has the best hands. Not too soft, not too firm, but juuust right!! Thank you Malva.

A team of angels today at Natures Energy. Araya brings an amazing light and energy to her treatments, personable, professional and highly experienced. 100%. Sue is a rare find. A specialist stronger massage work. And you need to book in advance. She holds a deep knowledge of body and energy work, steeped in a lifetime of practical experience working anatomically and energetically. I loved my treatments and left Nature's Energy feeling lighter, brighter and more positive and relaxed. Thanks team.

Very disappointing massage. I'm not even sure what it was to be honest. I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage and the massage I got was only 45 mins and a blend of many different styles but not deep tissue - at one point I felt like I was being tickled. I also asked the therapist to focus on my lower back and legs but instead of doing that she spent more time on my neck and face, which is not what I wanted.

Booked in for a steam only to find out, upon my arrival, this service was non operational. Very disappointed as I was not informed even after filling out the online form specifying this was the only service I was interested in. Staff was lovely in handling the situation however the system needs to inform the staff of any conflicts imho.
