Can I rate this place a 10??  What an amazing experience and probably THE best massage I’ve ever had  Nim is incredible and I’ll be back.  Totally recommend this place …. It’s a must!!!

A clear 10 out of 10!! The warm and attentive reception staffer made me feel welcome and comfortable within seconds. My masseuse-Lulu- was absolutely incredible! Have had many massages over my time, in many places, and it was obvious within the first few moments that I was in expert hands. I really can not do the massage justice in words other than to say it was phenomenal.

Went recently. It use to be really good but not any more. I felt I was being rushed as I was meant to be there for 2 1/2 hour but my treatments finished in 1 1/2 hours. As for the foot massage she did my facial and foot massages together. Bill came to $330  I get better foot massages from the Asian pedicures. Very unhappy

I finally was able to use a gift from my kids for so indulgence package! Was able to adjust it to suit me - shorter soak time, sauna, lovely Turkish scrub but to top it all off, the best ever relaxation massage with Malva!! She has the best hands. Not too soft, not too firm, but juuust right!! Thank you Malva.

A team of angels today at Natures Energy.  Araya brings an amazing light and energy to her treatments, personable, professional and highly experienced.  100%. Sue is a rare find.  A specialist stronger massage work.  And you need to book in advance.  She holds a deep knowledge of body and energy work, steeped in a lifetime of practical experience working anatomically and energetically. I loved my treatments and left Nature's Energy feeling lighter, brighter and more positive and relaxed.  Thanks team.

Very disappointing massage. I'm not even sure what it was to be honest. I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage and the massage I got was only 45 mins and a blend of many different styles but not deep tissue - at one point I felt like I was being tickled. I also asked the therapist to focus on my lower back and legs but instead of doing that she spent more time on my neck and face, which is not what I wanted.

Had an amazing Turkish scrub and bathhouse experience. Love the steam room and sauna, but the cold bath could be colder.

Such a relaxing environment to walk into. I’ve had multiple spa packages and massages at both the Balmain and Glebe location. The staff are super friendly and professional, with very calm and caring natures-exactly what you want if you’re heading there to relax. The shop is always interesting to browse through, with loads of crystals, candles and gift goods. Highly recommend
