Booked two appointments for my daughter and I, two weeks in advance at The Hair Bar, Balmain. It's my daughters formal so chose The Hair Bar, as it is near Mecca, where she was booked to have her makeup done. We arrived at The Hair Bar 9am to find that they had not recorded our appointments and offered us no other appointment or assistance, very unhelpful in fact. A big plug for the lovely and welcoming staff a little further down Darling St at Carvavella Hair; we explained the dilemma, they moved some appointments, fitted us in and we were really happy with our hair. Will definitely come back to Carvavella but won't be booking the Hair Bar, Balmain, again.

I had an AWESOME blow dry here on Wednesday night.  Two days later and my hair is still amazing.  Highly recommend this salon.

Staff go out of their way to make sure you are looked after and are happy with the results!! Had my wedding hair done and go in on the ref for toners. Highly recommend! Open Sundays too- bonus!
