Today I had a much needed relaxation massage and warm oil scalp treatment from the beautiful and talented therapist, Laura ~ thank you so much for making my experience so relaxing and rejuvenating! ... after becoming a Mum, I was in desperate need of some gifted hands to relieve my sore shoulders ~ I loved every minute of my treatment!! Really hope to come back soon.

My first visit was amazing! Second visit involved the therapist putting an eye mask on me and sitting down for ten minutes. The last ten plus minutes of my session involved the therapist going through four products she recommended I buy. I go to a spa for relaxation and the services described in the package for which I am charged, not for a therapist to rest during and then give me the hard sell for overpriced products. I won’t be going back to the Paddington Endota Spa.

This is my second time at this spa, and it was very disappointing. I was given the surrender spa package. My therapist, although lovely, was clearly very inexperienced. My 30 minute massage was very clumsy and had no flow. My facial was fine, but again nothing flowed. Lots of pauses to look for products, and the massage portion of the facial seemed very unsure. Whilst my mask was setting, i could hear the therapist playing on a phone or tablet, and was very distracting.
