This was a game-changer. I'd been exercising regularly but was not feeling major benefits in a busy life. Sleep was poor, body felt tired, I needed to focus more on recovery. Floating is like a waking dream and the infrared sauna feels like the best sleep you've had. Give it a shot.

Coming here for a float always makes my day. I was always a bit sceptical about doing a float but now I know that the best way to handle any stress, relax or just float away for the day is to come here and enjoy it. Located on Oxford St, unsure about the parking situation as I usually bus/walk here. The staff are always super friendly and the street noise simply disappears when you step into that tank. Enjoy!

Me and my partner felt a huge stress after coming here. We were shouted and yelled at by reception as according to her, our session was 30 mins over. We weren't aware of what time to leave the pod as it was explained very fast and unclear. Customer service need to be improve. Will never come back.

I am only staying in Sydney one night, and really needed something to unwind me.  Came along to Flow Revive where I met Sam who talked through the process.  Was exactly what I needed.  I left feeling so good after the float.

This is my favourite place to float in Sydney. The staff are nice and the prices are very reasonable!
