I've been looking for a place to do my reguarly facials and I've definitely found it. Lia is amazing, she takes so much care when looking after your skin and is very honest about what works. She also takes the time and care to make sure you're getting the best treatment.

Never again! Waxing is supposed to be a bit painful but this was by far the worst waxing experience that i have ever experienced. Two days later I am still in pain and the worst part is I still have big patches of hair on my legs. I thought when the girl was ripping away it was a little rough and at no point was there any acknowledgement or apology. To be still feeling the repercussions of the wax ripper days later is not acceptable. I will not be back, there are too many other places out there with friendly staff!

Today I had the most expensive pedicure I've ever had in had in my life.  Unfortunately it was also the worst.  I wish I could say I enjoyed the "dry pedicure" process, but it was absolutely awful.  Alas I endured it hoping the results would be worth it.  What I ended up with was toe nails clipped within an inch of their life, ie: so short there was absolutely no chance of shaping them.  Not one nail is shaped, but has the appearance of having been hacked at with blunt clippers....oh, maybe that's because that's what's happened to them!  Left with uneven, hacked at toenails, it was onto the polish stage.  Well, my 7 year old daughter has painted my nails better than this place does.  The polish job was messy with small bubles in the finish.  It's 6 hours since I left PBR and the polish is already peeling off.  Tomorrow I plan to head straight to my lovely local Asian lady to see if she can salvage what is left of my toe nails to try and make my feet look pampered and presentable for a wedding I'm attending. Natural Nails in Lane Cove is fantastic....ask for Cindy.  The best nail finish - hands or feet!  I'll never visit PBR again and can't fathom why others do.
