I have been a customer for about 3 or 4 years and I am very happy with the service. The staff is very nice and they are very professional. Highly recommended

I went in for balayage for a bit of a freshen up to my normal blonde highlights and they ruined my hair. I showed them a picture of what I wanted which was dark blending into silvery ash blonde and ended up with my dark roots (regrowth) and bright white blonde beached hair! They did put a toner on it and attempt to fix the colour when I freaked out and said that I couldn't go outside looking like that but nothing will fix the damage done from bleaching my hair so much! On the positive side they were fairly nice and would probably be okay just topping up an existing simple look. Trust them with colour at your own risk.

I'm surprised to see such negative reviews. This was my favourite spot for a blow dry in Sydney. The team are always incredibly friendly. It's generally possible to walk in off the street and get a booking on weekends. They do a great head massage at the sinks and the blow drys are super sleek and stay in place for ages.

The salon owner seemed confused and inexperienced. Left with uneven haircut. There is no team! It's one Asian lady who doesn't know what she is doing. Overpriced. Very disappointed.

Did not have a good experience here! The owner seemed rude and quite inexperienced. I asked for a natural balayage. She bleached my naturally dark brown hair to blonde and told me that the toner would somehow fix it. She ended up having to dye my hair twice to get the right shade all the while not telling me a single thing about what she was doing. She was also very rough when washing my hair which resulted in a lot of pain and knots. The whole ordeal took 5 hours and although the colour is lovely now I'm also aware of the amount of damage done to my hair through the bleaching and colouring. Would not recommend
