Tatjana Vaune's salon is now at a new location at Potts Point. I've been going to the salon for years and have recently been to the Potts Point salon. She is an excellent hair dresser and have been very happy with all services. I would recommend everyone to check with the website for updated details.

i agree with the other review - pretty poor service here. firstly tatjana does not know how to colour hair - i was looking to lighten my dark brown locks, one or two shades only, however i somehow end up with a rusty blonde colour - fail! as a newbie to colouring hair, I didn't want to say anything, however I am disappointed that I didn't since this really isn't acceptable. tatjana also took greater interest in talking to her friends rather than cutting my hair - whilst i don't dislike the cut, as a paying customer, i would prefer your attention to be on me - basic customer service was overlooked, like offering me a refreshment as i wait (the friend however was offered and received unsurprisingly), showing me how the back of my cut looks in a mirror etc i also asked her to blow dry my hair straight - of course my hair is not completely straight as i walk away and tatjana admits she could not get it straight, so left it with some waves and a bit of body - again, it looked fine, but what kind of hairdresser cannot straighten hair and listen to her client's request....it is one thing to let a client know that this may be a better look, its another thing to go ahead and do it without discussing it first.... i am not sure if the above was because i was using a deal coupon but in any case i will not be returning in future...i could not get out of there quick enough....

I disagree with this comment as I;'ve been going to see Tatjana Vaune for 8 years and have always had a great cut and as a blond, I have always been very impressed with my colour but then I must admit I insisted on Tatjanna to do my hair ....i agree that I do spend longer than I might expect but I walk out with faboulous hair . I would highly recomend

TATJANA VAUNE IS A MONEY SCAMMING CON ARTIST who is clearly well practiced in the art of setting up new salons under different ABN numbers over the years, and ripping off un-suspecting customers before jetting off overseas to live the hight life using money that she has illegally obtained through these scams. After advertising a deal for a cut & foils for $99 on living social, and taking the money from 580 unsuspecting customers, the salon has since disappeared from their paddington location, with no forwarding address, shutting down their website, and disconnecting their phone line. After canceling my appointment the night before with no good reason, I have been trying to contact them since the 3rd of Feb with no luck. My housemate who had her appointment cancelled and rebooked for 5 weeks time (when they clearly knew they would already be shut down by this date) also is in the same position. By the sounds of the other reviews - it does not seem they are capable of even the most simple cut or colour, so perhaps its not the worst thing that my appointment was cancelled. However I would still like my $99 back that i have paid nearly 2months ago now, which they obviously took without any intention of exchanging a service for, as they knew the salon was about to close. From what we have last heard through another contact who knows Tatjana, she has taken te $58,000 she would have made from this last scam, and has been jet setting around New York & LA at fashion week, with absolutely no sense of guilt or concern for those left wondering what has happened to their hard earned money. NSW Fair Trade Commission have tried to contact Tatjana Vaune with no luck either and have admitted the next step will need to be proceeding with legal action against Tatjana Vaune, which I will be proceeding with, as this con artist needs to be stopped from continuing to get away with this. If anyone is in the same position here, please contact me as it will help this case, and we can help get your money back also, and stop her from opening any more of her apparent 'boutique' salons, or conducting yet another one of these One Day Deals to fund her next un-deserving vacation.

tatjana hair salon is a small awful place with unskilled hair colourists that cannot perform a good job, plus they cannot use the ghd to make curls it is alaways advertised with the coupons but it is not worth the money!!!
