Went in the other week for a balayage. Staff were rude and ignorant of my requests. Colour was off. It was a shame for such an expensive service to fall so short.

Having been a client of Renya Xydis's salon, Valonz on and off for almost 20 years I decided to try her new Salon X concept store in Paddington. I found it to be a more intimate experience with a very modern approach to not only hair design but also in the decor of the salon itself. It's location, position, the friendly vibe and energy all provide for a great hair experience! DJ NIk Fish Sydney
