Worst haircut ever! the whole place has that cheap feel to it, the chairs are supposed to massage you but feel really uncomfortable. Haircut was was a simple angle bob and it is not straight and has no angle. I asked about it and she tried to show me that it was straight (clearly not) so I just gave up and left. so many good places in paddington - avoid this place

Really great staff, fab customer service and excellent quality cut & colour. The only time I wasn't 100% sure about the colour result (and this was more personal taste rather than them doing anything wrong) they immediately got me back in to make it sure it was perfect. Thanks tress!

Love this salon! I travel from Melbourne to Sydney to get my hair done at TRESS. Wonderful team, very professional, welcoming and always a beautiful result.
