An escape haven nestled on the Sydney city fringe and steeped in architectural history. Our Centre is designed over 3 opulent levels featuring 13 multi-purpose pods and 8 dedicated couple’s suites comprising of old-world traditional water therapies treatments such as the Hammam, Geisha Bath, Mineral and Thermal Therapy, and the Dry Floatation, along with advanced medispa and wellness offerings focussing on achieving visible results. I was amazed at the tranquil and high end hidden gem on the parramatta road. 
As soon as you enter you are greeted by friendly staff and luxurious decor.
Two floors of heaven.
My friend and I were floating about in a magnesium pool with bubbles...and champagne.
We then were taken to our couples room for the massages and after I couldn’t believe how relaxed I was..then the cheese board arrived..need I say more.
The range of massages available mean that I will have to come back and try them.

Lovely staff. Such a great experience.

Best place in Sydney by far.

Save your money and time. On Friday my partner and I stayed in darling harbour for our first weekend away since our son was born. I thought it would be a great opportunity to let my partner have some time out and be pampered.

 Unfortunately our car broke down and we couldn’t make it so my partner phoned and asked if we could reschedule. John who I believe is the owner spoke to her so belittling and told her it was not his problem and there is no chance of rescheduling it.

 The way he spoke to her left her in tears and even more upset. As business owners we know that these things happen sometimes and you just need to be a little compassionate and understanding. We did NOT receive this at all. 

After keeping our deposit and speaking so rudely, we will never visit this place or be recommending. 

We have already spoke to consumer affairs.

As a new mum my friends got me a voucher as a gift. My family got me one for Christmas to top it up so I could have a really nice treatment. 

When I went to book they told me I could not combine the vouchers and that I needed to pay extra to have two separate treatments. 

When I asked if I could extend one of the vouchers because If I did two separate visits the second voucher would likely expire before I could go for another they said no their policy is they don’t extend voucher. The expiry on the gift vouchers is only 6 months. Fair trading has changed the legislation that gift voucher should not expire for 3 years but they seem unaware of that.

Overall I am disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It will cause you more stress dealing with them.

The best place I have ever been to. Such amazing therapists. So many different options and different rooms to choose from. My personal favourite would have to be the Vichy shower!
Been coming here for three years and everytime I come here, it never seems to disappoint me.
After all the amazing different treatment options, I always look forward to a nice glass of champagne and a cheese platter. 
Such a nice and clean place. Strongly recommend this place for any occasion.
To top it all off, the owner John is one of a kind.

Didn't even know this place was here... Got in early to get the Nitty gritty out of the way & the owner was more than accommodating which was great, massive building & great experience.
Chose to Revitalising massage, which was in my opinion excellent... Yes it's expensive, but you get what you pay for and today I got an excellent experience that you cant get at a cheap Chinese shop!
