Uplifting therapy A friend of mine got me a gift voucher for the Surrender Package 75min facial + massage. Relaxing ambiance as soon as I walked in: Daniel, the manager, was friendly, helpful and fun to talk to Thank you. I arrived 15 min earlier, so I was waiting in the lounge where they offer tea and water. Laura Castro, my therapist, did a fantastic job: professional consultation at the beginning, tackling all the problematic areas during the treatment, great techniques, perfect massage pressure, and tailored feedback with proposed products to use. She loves & knows what she’s doing and she does it really well THANK YOU After the treatment, they sent me a report via email detailing my skin hydration levels and everything we discussed. I’m definitely coming back and I think I’ll become a regular
I've been a regular customer at Rozelle for the past 4 years, which just shows how great this place is for relaxation, pampering and looking after your skin. I have done a few spa/massage treatments in the past, but my regular facial is the Clinical Peel which has transformed my skin and kept it youthful and acne free. My current therapist is Dee and she is lovely and caters to my skin's individual needs. Highly recommend!
Maria was so pleasant, friendly and skilled as a therapist. She made me feel very comfortable and provided enough chatter at the start so it wasn't silent and awkward yet gave me ample time where we were both silent to allow me the chance to fully relax and enjoy the massage. Highly recommend!
Store Manager was wonderful and helped accommodate my needs and made the experience much more comfortable for me. Therapist was lovely and thoughtful with her recommendations. Facilities are great and will definitely come back to Endota and Rozelle in particular. Very grateful and appreciative.
The therapist Jay had magic hands. Everything smelt so good! Very relaxing and my skin loved the pampering! I swear the music was magically timed to different parts of the facial. So good, try it!

Best massage I've ever had. Juan is an expert. His custom massage targeted the tension in my shoulders perfectly and he gave me some daily stretches to assist with the issue. I will be back!
The therapist was great, the room was spacious and the music was perfect... I loved to the extent of buying their membership instantly and will be spoiling myself there more often.
Have always loved Endota and sent many people here. However my last experience was a let down, even more so after discussing my feedback with the office. Needless to say, no more coming back for me!
