Relaxing place to go. Super nice staff. Beautiful place. I got relax massage and it was nice. I appreciate the admin staff as I had a voucher and they allowed to reschedule twice.

Absolutely pathetic. I have had many many massages in my life and I always love them. I have never before wished for a massage to stop. It felt awful and the lady was just rubbish at massage. There was no music. She coughed and sneezed loudly during my treatment so loud the ladies next doors heard. No care from management when I told them. It was the worst spa experience ever. Can not express enough how bad it was. All 10 of us there hated every second of it. Done waste your time or money.

I had a massage/facial package. 2 hours of wonderful relaxation. My therapist, Sally was exceptional. Highly recommend this as one of my top 10 world wide spa treatments.

My therapist Chaya was amazing, she gave me great tips on how to relieve my tension in my upper back. The remedial massage was tailored to my personal issues and I felt she really considered the best massage techniques for me, thank you!

I got quite bad experience with Martin Place. I got intense radiance booked by my best friend as my bday gift. I had no idea which therapy she booked because she kept secret. So I came in and stated I was on retinol. The therapist who took me did skin scan on my face then said nothing about it. She introduced the treatment that I was booked and kept going. She neither considered about my retinol routine, nor explained to me the face scan she did before. Then during treatment, my face felt like burning, the therapist got anxious, and she kept documenting the event on ipad and I kept hearing the touching. She also did foot massage just a bit then back to documenting again. I said my face felt burning but their manager kept saying "it's normal". I end up had a whole week face burnt. Luckily it peeled afterwards but my face was extremely painful. The whole face had multiple scratch red marks like someone scratched my face heavily. I then had to buy sensitive skin products to soothe my face. Everytime I open mouth for eating, I felt like tearing my skin apart... I tried to avoid showing my face as much as possible. And I got offer from their manager to have complimentary face consultation and LED light therapy to heal my face, due to my friends freaked out and argued with them. I came to Paddington branch and they were so much kind and lovely. They said feeling burn like I did was absolutely NOT NORMAL. Jess, the therapist did treatment for me in Paddington was so dedicated. She did foot massage the whole time I was using LED light, not like in Martin Place. My face now healed completely, but the experience in Martin Place was so traumatic.

All the Staff were friendly and my Therapist Karla was simply amazing! I felt completely at ease and she gave me the most incredible massage. I’ll be back!

Had a customised facial with add on electro- mesotherapy and very happy with the treatment. My therapist, Chloe was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and gave me what I needed. Definitely will be back again when I am in Sydney.

I have cetainly tried my fair share of day spas all over the world and I am now very picky about a few things. Dont get me wrong I am still giving Endota 4 stars as the theapists were great. Things they could improve on. I was asked to get there early to fill out a form which is great but the receptionist had just arrived and her bags were on the for in reception, there was a door open in the hall that was very messy and only little things I know but when you are paying good money you expect all the little things to be perfect. Then during my massage all I could here was people talking the whole time outside thr room. This was very annoyi g and took away from the service. Then it ended abruptly without my sculpt massage and she did apologise we ran out of time something I dont expect at this level of spa. 4 mins over when we came into the room. Then I had a tea and water givenTo me in the room.not in the lounge and a product upsell after I have been relaxing is not the time to sell me stuff. Endota need to not preasure their staff to sell product straight aftrr a massage. Anyway enough feedback and will give thrm another chance another day.

Overpriced Thai massage shop... pls stick to your local Thai. I caught the receptionist rolling eyes at a customer, talking in Thai between themselves and had severe miscommunications during the massage due to language barrier. There was also no toilet paper available and they did not care at all... Overall poor experience... Pls don't go if you don't want to get ripped off!!
