The very best GP Practice in my long experience. The Reception Staff are always courteous and 100% helpful. It is always delightful to be greeted with a smile and the use of my name. The Doctors and Nurses are exceptional. My doctor is thorough, exceptionally knowledgeable, proactive in my treatments and is blessed with the Personal Touch. I have total confidence in his skills and his determination to access the most recent and relevant information about any condition which I present for his evaluation and ongoing care. As a patient with a severe malady I have been unconditional in my confidence that I have chosen well in placing my life in his hands.
Extremely caring experience in a pleasant environment. Dr Lee treated me in a very professional, thorough and caring manner. I am pleased to have him and Bremer Medical Centre as my new GP.
I visited the nurse. I was completly astonished at her expertise and her mannerism. A truly wonderful visit. He told me more than I ever knew about my problem. Sure hope she is paid in line with her knowledge and her experience.
Great Drs and service. First Drs I've been to in a long time that hasn't been like a revolving door. My appointment was at 4 and at 5 past the Dr comes out and said sorry for being late. The last two surgeries I've been to have got me in an hour after my appointment and that's acceptable. They don't bulk bill but you get your refund there and then. Very confident this will be our families Dr from now on.
The receptionist was professional, helpful & a lovely conversation. The Doctor was inquisitive, thoughtful & professional. I would recommend this medical centre to people at all ages.
