I attended today for an MRI scan and was treated with the utmost respect. All staff I came into contact with were kind, professional, and kept me informed through all stages of the scan. Highly recommended!
Was able to get two short notice appointments which saved me from a worrying 6 week plus wait at a different supplier. From reception to medical staff, all were all very friendly and professional and took time to explain everything, respond to my questions and really put my mind at rest. Excellent service from start to finish, thank you.

Registered nurse excellent in explaining and putting in cannula 1st pop. I have difficult access. Very patient and caring. Other staff person helping to set up procedure could do with empathy lessons . I have nursed for 36 years and pick up on things quickly. Older people have worked hard and have bad backs , multiple surgeries and hearing problems. A good measure in a lesson " is to walk a mile in another mans shoes . " Kindness is always a beautiful experience." Pray you grow and learn. Overall you all did a very good job for a person who does not enjoy confined spaces. Thank you.
I attended the multiplex building today for an MRI under the care of Nick and Jamie. I arrived early and Janine at reception processed me efficiently. Within minutes and well before my appointment time, Nick had called me inside, briefed and prepped me for the scan. Both he and Jamie were thorough, professional and friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I have yet to receive such a high standard of service from other companies like I have from Imed and I cannot thank them enough for looking after me today.

What wonderful and compassionate customer service. I had to have a brain MRI. I was looked after from the moment I booked and completely put at ease because I am claustrophobic. I was shown the MRI machine on the day I booked and told in depth what to expect. When I turned up there I was really well looked after by Matt who offered me some suggestions about how to keep calm and talked me through every step. He even stayed in there with me for a few minutes to reassure me. I am very grateful. Well done to the team there.
I was scanned on a Sunday morning 13/02 - so grateful for the speedy processing of my referral - I was in so much pain but the radiographer was so lovely, gentle and calming..professional service from all involved - Thank you
Spent quite a few hours here today having some tests. From the moment I walked in this morning the staff were friendly, informative & very professional. Premises/facilities are clean, bright & inviting. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of me today.
I had my MRI this morning. I’ve never come across such an impatient technician in my life. I was in agony with my back after which I did warn her beforehand. I had to press the buzzer to call her back because I have myasthenia gravis and that she would need to strap my legs so they don’t flop. She did the ankles but said they don’t have anything to make sure my knee doesn’t flop, all the time being rude because I had to interrupt her. By the time the mri had finished I was crying because the pain was unbearable. Then technician was clearly in a rush to get me on my way. She literally pulled me up which made me scream in pain and the crying was uncontrollably with the amount of pain I was in. She didn’t even care about that at all, I got shouted at extremely loudly and aggressively so, to stop screaming at her, I was screaming in pain not at her. My husband and friend outside could hear me. As well as other clients. They also could hear the technician shouting at me which didn’t help at all. I didn’t get are you ok or can we do anything to help you. Because of her and the way she tried getting me up I’m in extreme pain still and I can’t take anymore medication to try and ease it. I’m on very strong painkillers which I had taken before the scan too. All I can say is I hope she doesn’t treat the elderly like that too. I’m disgusted at the treatment I had from this technician. In all the yrs of having MRIs, scans, X-rays I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I tried having a sleep and all I envision now is her really shouting at me because I was screaming in pain. I will never have another mri there again, regardless of all my previous ones being done there.
