Dr Katie and Dr. Paul are the most empathetic, knowledgeable, and fantastic professionals. Katie squeezed me in on such a short notice during last trimester of my pregnancy. The day I met Katie I knew I was in good hands. She is extremely nice, kind and caring. She answered all my queries and concerns with patience. Katie's surgical skill is exceptional. I had a C section done which healed without any complications. All the staff including practice manager Cassandra, midwife Hilary and receptionists are absolutely wonderful. Everyone in the practice welcomed me with a big smile and were extremely supportive. I wish I knew about her during my first delivery. Words can't describe how grateful and appreciative I am to Dr. Katie, Dr. Paul and Milestones Medical for making this easier and pleasant for me. Would highly recommend to everyone !!! A big THANK YOU
Highly recommended, everyone there is so lovely and caring including all the girls at the front desk… Had my first baby on the Gold Coast and wasn’t happy with their service everything went wrong that could possibly go wrong. 2nd baby born here through milestone medical and and was the easiest delivery ever with no complications, all my questions were answered at appointments, got to check on my baby constantly to know he was ok, could not ask for a better service. Thank you Katie for coming out at 2am to deliver my baby she is truly amazing. Pregnant mummas definitely come here!
Always a pleasant visit throughout the journey of our first bub. Dr K Taylor and her entire staff have been nothing short of amazing!
I would like to pass on my utmost disgust for the way Paul conducted himself with my wife and daughter at an appointment today. He is polar opposite to Katie. He spoke down to my wife, disregarded her questions and offered nothing in the way of support or other options. She came home in tears after this appointment. This is not how a professional should act. We will never be suggesting his name to any of our peers.
Dr Katie is amazing. The nicest Dr. she squeezed me in on such short notice. Was fantastic and knowledgeable throughout the consult. Very reassuring and caring through the minor procedures I had done. Great bedside manner when I was unwell after procedure. Can’t forget her receptionist either. She was absolutely wonderful. Such a caring, kind lady. Would recommend to anyone to see these fabulous people.
I had my pregnancy and baby through Milestone medical this year. I cannot fault Katie, she was kind and caring and if i had a question to ask i always felt i could. Midwife and IBCLC Donna is incredible - everything you expect in a midwife - love and respect and very informative throughout the pregnancy and well baby clinic. Having such a great experience we chose Paul as our Pediatrician and he lived up to our expectation. I still remember the first sleepless nights in hospital, Paul would come in the next morning to check bub and always had a very funny story to tell about his own personal experiences. Katie was just as amazing in the daily visits and i really do feel she had my best interests in mind. The ladies in reception at the practice are always kind and well mannered and happy to help with anything. I'm so grateful we have access to such great care in Ipswich and i really recommend this practice to everyone.
I recently attended Milestone Medical to receive some lactation support. Donna was so warm and welcoming and reassured me about my breastfeeding journey. As my family are overseas, she made me feel so supported and gave me useful informational packs. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend Donna and her services. Thank you again Donna.
Wonderful midwife/rn who always guided me positively with my daughter. Never made me feel like I was failing, always felt like I was doing the best possible. Paediatrician there is lovely, very in tune with children. Very softly spoken. Got to the bottom of our issue quickly. They staff here on reception also get to actually know you and child by name. Very welcoming, you get a sense of belonging here!
Best experience with Dr Katie Taylor and Dr Paul Koch. Highly recommend, along with St. Andrews Hospital couldn’t wish for a better experience with our first born. Don’t care how far away we are from here for our second, we will be back.
Used Dr Taylor for the pregnancy and birth of our 4th child. Cannot fault this practice. Sure beats waiting hours in public hospitals for one appointment. Always helpful staff, understanding and accomodating.
