I will be honest here and state clearly that I do know Jo as a friend but have never needed her professional assistance...until now! After suffering a very severe back injury, and finding it hard to get appointments with other local Osteopaths, all good I'm sure but unavailable and fully booked for days on end Jo was kind enough to see me at short notice - after all I was a friend in need and in pain!! I must say, I couldn't fault her professionalism and approach to her work. She asked me numerous questions, carrying out all the appropriate paper work and health checks etc, then making sure I covered off everything I was feeling and where the pain was. Jo then explained to me about the process she would go through - she explained what she would be doing and why, and then carefully and with expertise, went about removing areas of built up muscle tension and joint/spine issues that she had evaluated. I imagine I will need to return to carry on the process of fixing my bad back, but within minutes of Jo's careful manipulation I was feeling slightly more confident about standing straighter without huge spasms! A massive result that words can't almost explain - what relief! I was really impressed with Jo's knowledge and approach to her work. I would not hesitate at all to highly recommend her business. She has worked wonders on my back so far. Jo, thank you! You are a marvel!
