Modern Vietnamese food..great selection and freshly prepared.. Loved the pork and fish..great ambiance and friendly staff..only criticism is service is bit slow and portion size is small..but happy to wait for quality food..be mindful google direction may be wrong and the entrance is from the Collins Street side..

We happened upon Uncle today, mid ‘Rona, and were welcomed kindly by Peter. He was knowledgeable and warm, bubbly and attentive. He made us two fab cocktails which were truly delicious and well balanced. Cannot recommend this cute bar enough!
