Story

We have happily been here for over 20 years. Our business originally began in Ho Chi Minh City, many years ago, on a traditional wooden food cart. My father worked hard in his famous shoe repair & tailoring shop whilst my mother worked at the front with her pho business.

When the Vietnam War began, my mother and my family came to Australia. With no passion for anything else but Vietnamese food, mum began a new chapter for her precious pho.

'Tan Dinh' is where we lived, also known as District 1.
